Who we are
Pyramidion is a unique boutique advisory firm dedicated to a few focused areas supporting:
prospective founders and entrepreneurs taking the most difficult step in entrepreneurship: the start
founders and entrepreneurs in bridging concepts into strategies and actionable business plans
C-suite leaders in initiating and executing significant change to their organisation especially those arising from rapid growth
organisations seeking to integrate Sustainability and CSR into organisational strategies and capabilities.
Why we are different
Unlike many strategy consultants, we are in as much of a hurry as you are to get things implemented as soon as we are mutually satisfied that the strategy is properly settled.
That is because we know the best strategy is not worth the piece of paper it is written on unless made real.
Pyramidion is also an active investor in early stage startups and venture investment platforms; providing valuable perspectives to our advisory roles.

About Lawrence Tsang
Lawrence Tsang is a seasoned Group level C-suite executive with over 30+ years experience and a diverse industry background with exposure to manufacturing, professional services, corporate venture, private equity and real estate. He is an investor, advisor and active member of the startup ecosystem.
Before founding Pyramidion, Lawrence's roles include being the Group CFO of a business services company operating in over 70 locations around the world as well as being the Executive Director of an NGO which he co-founded dedicated to helping under-resoruced youths in Hong Kong finding the pathway to their own success.
Lawrence has a rich history of multi-cultural working experience; having lived and worked in the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, South Africa, Indonesia and Hong Kong as well as having first hand working experience in multiple countries around the world.
